You are looking at Nintendo Wii game Rapala's Fishing Frenzy.

Rapala's Fishing Frenzy brings the thrill of competitive bass fishing to the Wii in an arcade-style package that makes great use of the console's motion controls. Built around the trusted Rapala brand and its iconic range of lures, this is a fun and accessible fishing experience aimed squarely at fans of the sport who want to scratch that angling itch from the comfort of their couch.

The game drops you into six of America's most famous real-world fishing destinations - including Lake Okeechobee, Clear Lake, and Lake of the Ozarks - where you compete in 20 tournament events to land the biggest bass before the weigh-in deadline. With nine species of bass to target and 14 additional trophy species including trout, salmon, northern pike, catfish, and walleye, there's a solid variety of catches to chase across the lakes. As you progress, new rods, lures, and live bait unlock to help you land increasingly impressive fish.

The Wii Remote and Nunchuk work together to replicate the full fishing experience - casting, jigging the bait, managing line tension, and reeling in your catch all map naturally to physical motions. On-screen prompts pop up during the fight with a fish, rewarding well-timed controller movements with bonus points and power boosts that keep the action moving at a lively pace. Three game modes - Tournament, Open Fishing, and Quick Challenge - give you flexibility in how you play, whether you're chasing trophies in a structured competition or simply heading out for a relaxed session on the water.

Fishing fans and Rapala enthusiasts will find a familiar and enjoyable experience here, especially once the controls click into place. A solid pick for anglers looking to game between trips to the water.

Nintendo Wii game Skate It.

Skate It brings EA's critically acclaimed Skate franchise to the Wii for the first time, reimagining the series' signature FlickIt control system using the Wii Remote in place of analog sticks. The result is a unique and ambitious skateboarding experience that puts a fresh spin on the genre for Nintendo's console.

The story drops you into the fictional city of San Vanelona - devastated by a series of earthquakes and almost completely evacuated - leaving you free to skate its crumbling streets, broken infrastructure, and untouched urban landscape without interruption. A cameraman recruits you early on with big ambitions to film the greatest skating movie ever made, giving your career a fun and quirky purpose as you work your way from unknown skater to sponsored professional. As you progress, the adventure expands beyond San Vanelona to iconic real-world skate destinations including Barcelona, Shanghai, Paris, London, San Francisco, and Rio de Janeiro - each with their own distinct flavour and challenges to conquer.

The FlickIt control system translates skateboarding tricks into physical Wii Remote motions - flicking, tilting, and snapping the controller the way a real board would move. It takes time to get used to and won't always respond perfectly, but once it clicks there's a real sense of satisfaction to pulling off a clean grind or landing a tricky combo. The Wii Balance Board support adds an extra layer of immersion for those who want to feel like they're truly standing on a board. The career mode is lengthy and packed with challenges at two difficulty tiers, keeping both casual players and hardcore skaters engaged throughout.

For Wii owners looking for a genuine, deep skateboarding game rather than a casual mini-game experience, Skate It delivers a solid and rewarding challenge.
