Returns & Refunds

We want everyone to enjoy their treasured games and feel secure when placing orders with us. That's why we offer a glitch-free guarantee. All games are inspected, cleaned and guaranteed to work. If they don't, let's start the refund process!

1. Send us an email (LevelUpGamingNZ@gmail.com) within 21 days of the order with your purchase number and what is wrong with it.
2. Send the game back.
3. We will inspect it and within 7 days we will offer a full refund to your original payment method, including postage.

In some cases, we may offer a full refund in store credit without the need to send the game back to us.

All games are described as accurately as possible with relevant pictures depicting their condition on their product pages. If these don't align to your expectations, we can offer a partial refund in store credit with you getting to keep the game.

No returns are offered for change-of-mind.

Shipping Policy

All games are sent either via Aramex or NZ Post.

We offer free courier nationwide when you either buy 3 or more games, or spend over $100 in one order.

All orders ship from Auckland, New Zealand.
