Do you offer international shipping?

What is your return policy?

We offer a 21-day return policy on faulty games. Visit our Returns & Refund page for more details.

What's your address and opening hours?

As we are a home business, we don't have a physical store to browse nor we do have opening hours. However, all games can be viewed online, ready to be shipped!

Do you buy games?

I want quite a few games. Can you offer a further discount?

How can I get free postage?

Just spend $100 or buy three or more games in one order to qualify :)

Postage Questions

Can I change or cancel my order?

We are unable to guarantee an order can be modified or canceled after it has been placed. Please email us at LevelUpGamingNZ@gmail.com immediately after placing your order and we will let you know promptly (within 2 days) if we are able to cancel or modify your order. 

How much does postage cost?

How often do you send parcels?

Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday to ensure you get your loot ASAP!
