What do PAL, NTSC and game regions mean?
99% of our games are the PAL format, which is the same format as NZ, Australian, and European consoles - so you'll be good to go! There is a field on each product that shows which format it is so you can check.
NTSC-U/C usually means North America, while NTSC-J means Japan. These regions will require either a console from that region, or a modded console.
What products do you offer?
Genuine, ready to ship & stocked second-hand video games. No games are 'pre-ordered', none are drop shipped and none are digital products. These are real games, soon to be in your hand, ready to play!

What is your return policy?

What's your address and opening hours?
As we are a home business, we don't have a physical store to browse nor we do have opening hours. However, all games can be viewed online, ready to be shipped!
Do you buy games?

Can I change or cancel my order?
We are unable to guarantee an order can be modified or canceled after it has been placed. Please email us at LevelUpGamingNZ@gmail.com immediately after placing your order and we will let you know promptly (within 2 days) if we are able to cancel or modify your order.
