In the sequel to Felony 11-79 (AKA Runabout), you have been recruited by a secret agency to undertake a range of dangerous, hi-octane driving missions. Only you can help save the world by tearing through the city streets in one of many crazy vehicles. Along the way you can unlock over 90 secret items to help you in your mission. Recover powerful ancient artefacts, defuse bombs, transport parcels and dodge the cops in a white-knuckle ride to each checkpoint. Do you have what it takes to become the world's greatest driver?

This isn't like any racing game you've seen before. It's an all-out, in-your-face racing challenge that sends you speeding through five exciting locales, overcoming obstacles and getting tough on the competition. There are 13 different missions to complete and you'll have to rethink your strategy for each one if you're going to reach your goal (making your enemies eat dust). Each level is rendered in detailed 3D, making the action particularly harrowing. Every assignment requires quick, careful consideration because everything from what vehicle you drive to whom you crash into could make the difference between winning and losing. Is speed your first priority? Get hooked up with a motorcycle, dragster, or racecar. Want to hit the bad guys where it hurts? Give 'em a little taste of torture with a tank or missile launcher. Whether you're blazing new trails, bombing your enemies, or taking an explosive joyride through the countryside, this action is fast, furious, and designed to keep you on your toes.
