AFL Live 2003 - PS2 Game

You are looking at Play Station 2 game AFL Live 2003.

AFL Live 2003 is Acclaim’s official game of the 2002 AFL season, developed in Melbourne by IR Gurus and aimed squarely at footy fans. If you enjoy fast, free-flowing sports games like NRL Rugby League, this brings the same big-hit, run-and-carry excitement to Australian Rules, with the real clubs, real players and the sounds of the Saturday arvo.

It’s easy to pick up, because the controls use just four buttons, so you can be marking, kicking and handballing within minutes. The presentation does a lot of the work: every club’s home and away guernseys are faithfully recreated, crowds wave their team’s flags, and you can even spot each side’s supporters behind the goals. Commentary from Stephen Quartermain and Garry Lyon keeps the broadcast feel going, and if you just want to watch, you can set up two teams and let the game play itself. Wet or dry, day or night, the weather and time of day change the look of every match.

Features:

• All 16 AFL clubs and every player from the 2002 season
• Six stadiums, including the Melbourne Cricket Ground
• Motion-captured animations, with more than 600 to bring the players to life
• Single match, 22-round Season and Finals modes
• Day and night games in wet or dry conditions
• Commentary by Stephen Quartermain and Garry Lyon
• Up to two players on PS2

A great pick for AFL fans who want to relive the 2002 season.
