Take to the skies in this real-time flight combat simulator. The third installment of the time-honored AIR WARRIOR series, AIR WARRIOR III boasts in excess of 450 unique missions to keep you busy. You'll pilot four new Pacific theatre aircraft each with a detailed cockpit and accurate flight physics. Choose to fly in campaigns ranging from World War I through the Korean War, playing as Germany, Japan, Great Britain, the U.N., North Korea, the Axis, or the Allied Forces.

Air Warrior III starts by giving you more of what the series has already. For starters, it includes all of the Air Warrior II missions, planes and features. There's also four new Pacific planes (the Zeke, the Kate, the Val, the Oscar) and 6 new campaigns. Air Warrior III is also the first in the series to support 3D acceleration, providing a lot faster 3D action and effects.

A major selling point of the Air Warrior series has been it's online play, and multiplayer play has been completely redesigned. The game box boasts "dogfight in historical arenas with up to 250 players in the same mission".
