Another Code R: A Journey into Lost Memories is the sequel to the critically acclaimed Nintendo DS game Another Code and is a visual novel adventure murder mystery game for the Nintendo Wii.

16 year old Ashley Mizuki Robins reunited with her estranged father, whom she believed to be dead, the day before her 14th birthday. Now, two years later, he has drifted apart from her again after he began working as a scientist at JC Valley. After not seeing him for six months straight, he suddenly sends her an invitation to camping with him at Lake Juliet. After a push from her aunt, she decides to just go, in the hope that she can just enjoy day with her father for once. However once she arrives, she begins to experience sudden flashbacks to her murdered mother, who brought her to Lake Juliet in secret 13 years ago.

This Wii sequel is set 2 years on from Another Code but in the same universe and will also follow the familiar heroine, Ashley. After solving the mystery of her father's disappearance in the first Another Code, Ashley is now on the traces of her late mother and trying to unravel the mystery of her death. On her adventure at Lake Juliet's Camp, Ashley will investigate several locations, and encounter several characters; some of which know more than they tell her on her mother's past. Ashley will also face several puzzles which can be solved by carrying out various actions with the Wii Remote, and find items amongst the camp.
