Armed and Dangerous - XBOX Game

XBOX game Armed and Dangerous.

Armed and Dangerous is a blast-happy action game about a smart-talking group of gun-toting rebels, a ridiculously impossible quest and weapons that cause really, really big explosions. Players take on the role of Roman, a cockney criminal mastermind and leader of a gang of accidental heroes known as the Lionhearts. Armed to the hilt with an arsenal of outrageously powerful firearms, Roman and his crew of Robin Hood wannabes - Jonesy, Q1-11 and Rexus - set out to pull off the ultimate heist and are unwittingly drawn into a rebellion against a tyrant king.

Armed and Dangerous consists of 21 action-packed missions through five diverse environments including icy and snowy regions, mountains with breathtaking vistas, deep and foreboding woods, and rain-spattered cliffs. The game is set in the rich fantastical world of Milola, which is recovering from the not-so-distant Lime-Dixon Wars and a disastrous icicle famine.

There are lots of very positive reviews on Amazon:
"Armed and Dangerous is part of a new breed of games, where as much attention has been given to the characters and what they say, as to what you do in the game. It's a light hearted, constantly wise cracking romp in the vein of Brute Force, where four ker-razy characters come together to produce an orgy of side-splitting comedy while spraying all and sundry with amusing ordnence. Action is served up at breakneck speed with barely a pause"

"Armed and Dangerous is just plain fun. Pure and simple. While it's not the prettiest game on the market now, who cares! The most important thing is that it's FUN! All the weapons have their own satisfying results so you hardly get bored with just shooting one kind of gun. You'll want to use all of them! The AI is decent enough and make for great kills."
