Beginning as an American pilot helping the British Royal Air Force during the early days of the war, you'll progress through 20 missions spanning the Battle of Britain, the Dunkirk evacuation, Pearl Harbor, North Africa, and the decisive Battle of Midway. Working closely with your wingmen Joe, Frank, and Tom throughout the campaign, you'll command AI squadmates and call on each pilot's special abilities to coordinate effective attacks against enemy formations. This PS3 version adds two exclusive missions over the original release - the North Sea and New Georgia Island - along with 11 additional aircraft.

Across the campaign you'll pilot more than 50 authentic World War II aircraft, including legendary planes like the P-51 Mustang, B-17 Flying Fortress, and the iconic British Spitfire, with enemy aircraft like the German Messerschmitt and Japanese Zero appearing in multiplayer.
