Call of Duty - Game of the Year - PC Game

Call of Duty: Game of the Year Edition features Infinity Ward's original WWII first person action game in addition to post-release product updates, including a new multiplayer mode and maps, EAX 3 sound support, mapmaking toolkit and multiplayer gameplay enhancements.

"Almost anyone who plays games would more than likely be very impressed with Call of Duty's authentic presentation, well designed and often very intense single-player missions, and fast-paced, entertaining multiplayer modes." - from Gamespot, who give this game an Editor's Choice award and an amazing score of 9/10!

Call of Duty is an intense first-person action game that allows players to experience the movie-like intensity and gripping combat of World War II as never before - through the eyes of ordinary soldiers, fighting as part of a squad through the chaos of battle.

Developed by Infinity Ward, which is comprised of over 20 individuals who developed Medal of Honor: Allied Assault, including all the production leads, Call of Duty delivers the gritty realism and cinematic intensity of WWII's most epic battlefield moments - from the perspective of citizen soldiers and unsung heroes representing an alliance of countries, who together helped shape the course of modern history. Throughout the game's 24 missions, players will be part of a squad, who bond together to take on enemy forces and achieve mission objectives through pivotal WWII battles and authentic military campaigns.

Amazing sound and chaotic combat are the rule as you and your computer controlled squads attack and defend towns, infiltrate German naval ships, race headlong through the German front lines, and drive tanks from D-Day to the capture of Berlin. Add a healthy portion of multiplayer gaming with 5 modes of play and the nifty new Killcam and you've got yourself a tight package that will keep you glued to your seat.
