You are looking at computer game Civilization: Call to Power II.
Call to Power II is a turn-based strategy game that continues the series of highly successful Civilization games.
Prepare to accept history's greatest challenge: build the world's most powerful empire over a 6,300-year time span, reaching from primitive history to the future realms of science fiction. Build the greatest empire by commanding your people by military, economic, scientific and cultural decisions. Manage the growth of your cities, explore new land, and exploit the world's resources as you vie for power. It's your time to rule - answer the Call to Power!
A sequel to Civilization: Call to Power, Call to Power 2 gives you the chance to lead a civilization from pre-history to beyond the future. Govern your people, research advances, conduct warfare and diplomacy, trade with your neighbors, can you rewrite history your way?
New to this version are a revamped diplomacy system, additional military units, improved Artificial Intelligence, and better unit balancing. The game retains many of the basic elements of Civilization II such as a tile-based isometric map and the technology tree. Players set aside money for terrain advancements and workers compensation, plus they determine the length of the workweek and the amount of food rations. Players can choose to trade with or attack other nations, while computer-controlled nations counter-move based on your strengths and weaknesses.
What if the Ancient Egyptions had worshipped the God of Commerce?
What if the Aztecs had invaded Spain?
What if world leaders leave global warming unchecked?
What if you led the world?
