Incorporating a new game engine, Dark Reign 2 will introduce new strategic elements, incredible graphics, new RTS enhancements and spectacular multiplayer gameplay that will set the standard for all RTS games to come. Other new features include completing your missions before the sun goes down because the rules change at night and new squad-level commands. Multiplayer modes include cooperative missions, King of the Hill, Capture the Flag, or free-for-all battles.

The sequel to Dark Reign comes in real 3D, what's not the only new feature in this title. Gameplay's still the same like it used to be some years ago - just another RTS from that point of view. Music is dynamic and changes when it comes to a battle. Between the missions are short rendered clips. The coordination of the units is easy, and the terrains are unique in this game.
