Flashback: The Quest for Identity - RARE '95 PC Game

Computer game Flash Back: The Quest for Identity.

Delphine's movie-like sci-fi adventure. Step into the role of Conrad B. Hart, a scientist who's made a horrifying discovery: Earth has been infiltrated by shape-shifting aliens bent on world conquest. To save Earth, you must fight through three fantastic worlds and 200 different (non-scrolling) game screens. Solve dozens of mind-bending puzzles to survive up to 50 hours of non-stop fun, action and excitement. Over 75 fully animated cinematics, complete with pan and zoom effects direct you through the twists and turns of the plot. Flashback features 24-frames-per-second, rotoscoped character animations. Also supports a password feature to let player resume at different stages of the adventure

Throughout the Flashback game you will visit and interact with plenty of great places ranging from lush alien jungles, an underground city, Earth, alien prisons, and alien home worlds. Every level is wonderfully depicted with acute detail. The levels have a realistic gritty feel to them. But what are pretty environments if you can't interact with them? Conrad can talk to people, use terminals, switches, elevators, as well as perform more intricate tasks.
An extensive inventory also plays an important role in the game. Puzzles are present in every task you must accomplish in the game. The puzzles can be difficult but are logical and a joy to solve especially since you begin to identify with Conrad and his situation.

Flashback: The Quest for Identity proves that you don't need the latest hardware to have a fun and memorable time.
