You are looking at Play Station 2 game Flipnic.

FLIPNIC: ULTIMATE PINBALL revolutionizes the game of pinball by including themed multi-level tables, unique, challenging table missions, and exciting multiplayer mini-games

Flipnic is a perfect mix between the popular traditional pinball game and new challenges, which will appeal to both pinball gamers and action fans. The game plunges the players in to a psychedelic world with impressive animations and frantic missions. There are four multiplayer mini-games, including football and basketball tables.
