Judge Dredd vs Judge Death is based on the legendary comic strip Judge Dredd. This first-person shooter is seen through the eyes of Judge Dredd as he patrols the mean streets of the stunningly realised future metropolis, Mega-City One. This 22nd century melting pot is home to 400 million citizens, every one a potential criminal, and the only thing preventing the city from descending into complete anarchy is the group of elite law enforcers known as the Judges. The player takes the role of Judge Dredd as he patrols the overcrowded streets of the city, arresting lawbreakers and dealing with the breakdown of law and order, as vampires, the undead and worse are let loose onto an unsuspecting population. Could this be the work of the Dark Judges?

Judge Dredd vs Judge Death features a unique new storyline, but one that fits in perfectly with the continuity of the comic with a full cast of characters from the Judge Dredd stories. The history and character of the Judge Dredd stories is absolutely central to gameplay.
The game will also have extensive multiplayer modes, enabling ferocious splitscreen or online play and will use Rebellion's versatile new Asura engine.
