Without so much as a passing thought for their own safety, those infamous Lemmings are queuing up to plummet onto Playstation 2. Combining the timeless and addictive gameplay of the original with lush 21st century visuals and some nifty new features, Lemmings is an absolute must for puzzle fans.

One of the coolest EyeToy games that we saw was an oldie remade for PS2. It's Lemmings, the classic stupid-critter puzzler game where you try to lead the Lemmings to safety without getting too many of them killed. Here on PS2, it's two games in one. In standard play, the PS2 game will 152 Lemmings stages, a full mix of classics and brand new stages.

EyeToy mode is where the game really caught our attention. Here, your body becomes the way you interact with the Lemmings. Need to build a bridge? Stick your arm out and they will crawl up your body - you can almost feel their tiny feet padding across your arm as they run around on the TV screen. Need to set up a roadblock to give the Lemmings time to get where they need to be? Hold out your hand and they will stop at your palm and turn back. Angry at your Lemmings for being so dumb? Vent your anger by squishing a few.
