'Finally, the good people at Namco have given the general public an original football sim. You take control of a single player on the team and so is a far more realistic simulation of the beautiful game.You can marshall the midfield, be a hotshot striker or even be the 'keeper-this is one of the highlights of the game-taking on the opposition and scoring with the keeper.The choice of teams is excellent and the options are good too-Cups ,tournaments ,leagues-the whole nine yards.The multi-player options are a good addition and will provide a lot of healthy competition amongst friends. This is a definite improvement on the original with the graphics taking a big leap forward. The only downside to the game is the fact that the player names are completely made up and the control system of the players takes a few minutes to get to grips with. Overall however,this game is when worthy of a purchase if only for the novelty value alone!'
