The action focuses on two god-kings, Almalexia and Sotha Sil, who constitute the eponymous Tribunal along with Vivec known from Morrowind. As far as content is concerned, this expansion offers two new cities, Mournhold and Sotha Sil, epic-sized dungeons, and a number of new monsters to defeat, such as goblins, liches and the like. Apart from that, it is worth to take a look at the improved interface, especially the new journal with the option of quest sorting and searching , as well as the system of creating notes on the map
