Based in Japan, Winning Eleven Productions has instituted a host of anticipated changes that make PES 2010 the best yet. This 2010 edition benefits from the most exhaustive raft of new features in the series' history, with every aspect of the game adjusted with key improvements. The Tokyo-based development team has collated feedback on the series' strengths and weaknesses via fan forums, both ardent and casual PES players and press comment, and has incorporated a wide range of requests in the game.
