Rebel Raiders: Operation Nighthawk - RARE PAL PS2 Game

You are looking at Play Station 2 game Rebel Raiders: Operation Nighthawk

Rebel Raiders: Operation Nighthawk is a fast, arcade-style flight combat game set in a future where humanity rules the solar system under the iron fist of the Union of World Nations. If you enjoy the pick-up-and-play dogfighting of Ace Combat but fancy a sci-fi setting with rebels, tyrants and futuristic aircraft, this is a fun, action-packed way to spend an afternoon in the cockpit.

You fight for the Alliance of Independent States, a rebel force taking the battle to the UWN through the air. Missions send you after enemy vehicles and installations with machine guns and a variety of missiles, and the shield system keeps the pace high. Destroying enemy targets replenishes your shields, so aggressive, attacking flying is rewarded and you're constantly pushed back into the thick of the action. The controls are simple and responsive, so you can concentrate on lining up shots and pulling off daring runs rather than wrestling with a complicated flight model.

Progress keeps things fresh. Completing challenges and missions unlocks new aircraft, weapons and power-ups, and special missions put you in the pilot's seat of a delta-wing aircraft for a change of pace.

Features:

• Futuristic arcade flight combat across 16 levels
• Fight as the rebel Alliance against the tyrannical Union of World Nations
• Machine guns and missiles to take down enemy vehicles and structures
• Shields that replenish as you destroy enemy objectives
• 32 challenges to unlock new aircraft, weapons and power-ups
• Special delta-wing aircraft missions
• Simple, accessible controls

A great pick for arcade flight fans who want quick, explosive action with a sci-fi twist.
