Return Fire II is a combat/strategy game featuring a selection of military vehicles. You control these vehicles, including a tank, PT boat and helicopter, one at a time on capture-the-flag missions whilst blasting a variety of enemy units and protecting your own bases. Major improvements have been made over the original, it boasts better graphics, improved gameplay and a new selection of multi-player options. New vehicles and weapons have been added. The single-player game consists of 30 well-designed battle scenarios and there are three multi-player game types, allowing for both competitive and cooperative action. Two people can play on the same PC or up to 16 people via modem connection, LAN or Net. The game incorporates a good diversity of terrain from deserts to the arctic. The control system is simple and effective.
