You are looking at computer game Stonekeep.

As the Stonekeep crumbles, your character Drake escapes to safety to learn that the castle's inhabitants have become undead. You return several years later for revenge. The sunken city of Stonekeep is now inhabited by monsters like throgs, snakes, and sorcerers. This first-person 3D RPG involved treking through these dungeons and fighting monsters in real-time. The interface is almost completely mouse-driven. Stonekeep has an excellent musical score and 3D sound effects. Digitized speech is use through the whole game, and NPCs and monsters are shown in full motion video.

Stonekeep is an epic adventure that redefines the traditional dungeon experience. Free from cumbersome computer tasks that destroy the suspension of disbelief, Stonekeep immerses players in an environment that allows the full feeling of using their own hands and feet to do battle with disembodied foes as they rescue their allies from evil and liberate massive dragons from bondage.
The player's quest is to save the universe from certain doom by horrifying miscreants while searching to regain his or her own soul from a tricky princess. Full-screen graphics with 3-D-rendered dungeons and creatures bring the story and scenery to life, allowing the player to experience the full intensity of the adventure. With a distinctive interface that utilizes only the mouse and cursor keys, Stonekeep has no distracting menus or icons, allowing players to make intuitive game decisions without delay as they span 13 spectacular domains. Heart-pounding sound effects and an original score round out the captivating experience that is Stonekeep.

Might require an emulator such as DOSbox to run on newer computers - but I will provide assistance on getting this set up if required :)
