You are looking at computer game Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon.

In this game in the Tom Clancy franchise, you take command of the Ghosts, an elite squad of military personnel equipped with the latest experimental real-world weaponry. Wherever there is military conflict, the Ghosts are the first on the ground.

Russia has fallen under the control of ultranationalistic politicians intent on rebuilding the iron curtain. This leads to conflict with NATO as Russia attempts to reclaim the breakaway Republic of Georgia, and the Baltic states of Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. As the regional wars escalate out of control, the casualties mount and the Ghosts are sent in. Take command of the Ghosts through a series of missions that range from demolitions to search and rescues to all-out firefights.

Both single-player and multiplayer modes are available. In the single-player missions, you have an entire platoon of men at your disposal. In multiplayer, you command just one man, with the rest of your platoon controlled by humans instead of the computer.
