You are looking at computer game Disney's Toy Story

This game is based on the movie "Toy Story". It sets you as the character of Woody as you jump, swing, and drive to the end of each level. Each level contains familiar scenes from the movie. The gameplay consists of the platform\sidescrolling kind. You use Woody's pullstring to defeat enemies like sharks, Mr. Potatohead, and Ham. After each level, you are treated to still images from the movie.

In the world of Toy Story, toys become sentient, animated beings when people aren't present. Six-year-old Andy's favorite toy is Woody, a pull-string cowboy. When Andy receives a laser-blasting space hero named Buzz Lightyear for his seventh birthday, Woody gets jealous and tries to hide him behind the dresser. His plan backfires, though, and he accidentally sends Buzz out into the dangerous real world. Fraught with guilt (and pressure from the other toys), Woody sets out to rescue Buzz Lightyear. Your mission is to maneuver Woody through five levels of comic action.

Your tasks include guiding toy soldiers past obstacles, engaging in a shootout with a nightmare version of Buzz Lightyear, escaping a room full of terrified toys, riding a toy dinosaur, avoiding falling food at Pizza Planet, braving the terrors of a Claw Machine, surviving a room full of evil mutant toys, and driving R.C. Car to save Buzz and reunite him with the rest of the toys. Along the way you'll encounter and receive assistance from (or be hindered by) Hamm the pig, Mr. Potato Head, Etch-A-Sketch, and other characters you may remember from the film.
