* Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss

A true leader of the pack, Ultima Underworld used a fully 3D first-person perspective a full year before Wolfenstein 3D hit store shelves. Not only was it impressive visually for the time, but it was introduced some neat gameplay elements into the action-RPG arena, such as altering the speed and power of attacks by direct control and introducing 3D puzzle elements. Ultima Underworld was an amazingly rich title that showed the world that first-person engines were capable of a lot more than simple shoot-em-ups before there were even any 3D shooters.

Step into the first continuous-movement, first-person 3D-dungeon, action fantasy in Ultima Underworld: The Stygian Abyss. You'll walk, run, swim and jump through 25 miles of sheer terror, casting spells, vanquishing foes and solving puzzles as you race to rescue the baron's kidnapped daughter.

* Ultima Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds
The game takes place one year after the events of Ultima 7: The Black Gate. This sequel to Ultima Underworld plays exactly as the original, except for a larger game world, a richer storyline and better graphics and sound.

Ultima Underworld II: The world of Underworld II: Labyrinth of Worlds is more varied and engaging than ever before. In order to break the Guardian’s spell and save Lord British as well as the entire Britannia, we have to enter the dark dungeons and move into other worlds. Each of these is completely different and inhabited by various creatures, both hostile and neutral. The non-linear story allows the players to explore the aforementioned worlds in any order. You will have to perform many missions and solve numerous complex puzzles.
