Virtua Fighter is one of the first battles constructed in full 3D.

The essence of the game is the tournament in which eight players take part. They are: Akira (Kung-Fu instructor), Jacky (rally driver), Jeffrey (fisherman), Kage (typical ninja), Lau (cook), Pai, Sarah and Wolf (wrestler). There is also a hidden character in the game. This is a mysterious Dural, which combines selected features of other characters. One of the most important elements of the game is the diversity of fighters.

Mastering each of them requires different tactics. The game is based on a three-button fighting system. Keys are responsible for hand, leg and block shocks. Each character has basic blows, special blows, throws and combos. To activate them, press the appropriate keystroke combinations. For each of the characters there are several dozen blows (not including complicated combo). Getting to know all the fighters takes a lot of time. The fights take place on three-dimensional boards. Falling out of the ring is tantamount to automatic failure.

The PC version has been significantly improved compared to console versions. The changes include mainly graphics. "Virtua Fighter" supports accelerators. The game works in resolutions from 320x200 to 640x480. Options allow you to switch on additional special effects, e.g. light or shadows. The PeCet version also has an extensive system of repetitions allowing you to watch the fights or clashes prepared by the creators of the game.
