WordJong DS features simple, and familiar if you're a Mah-jong player, game-play mechanic: You use a set of lettered tiles to create words, clearing the board as you use tiles. WordJong DS uses the best features from both the web/downloadable and mobile phone versions including Daily Puzzle mode (using wildcards) with a menu system that emulates a calendar providing 700 layouts with high scores that you must hit. The mobile phone version's temple challenge mode is also used uses no wild cards, but bigger and bigger stacks of tiles to deal with. The DS-specific implementation also sets you in a one-on-one battle against the CPU. All of this comes with a big dictionary that doesn't treat you like a simpleton.

WordJong boasts several new features exclusive to the DS, including local and online wireless play as well as DS Download play, a variety of Solo Play modes, a 100,000+ word dictionary, full support for both the Control Pad and Touch Screen, and much, much more.
