Marvel Super Hero Squad - PS2 Game

You are looking at Play Station 2 game Marvel Super Hero Squad

Marvel Super Hero Squad is a bright, kid-friendly superhero brawler based on the Super Hero Squad cartoon and the Hasbro toy line, where Marvel's biggest names appear as pint-sized, super-cute versions of themselves. If your family has enjoyed the easy-going action of the LEGO games, this is a great next step into the Marvel universe, with plenty of smashing, zapping and teaming up.

Dr. Doom and his Lethal Legion are hunting for the Infinity Fractals, pieces of a powerful sword that can twist people's abilities, and it's up to the Squad to get to them first. Across six adventure campaigns you'll punch, kick and blast your way through themed environments, with each hero bringing their own super powers and combo attacks. Hulk smashes, Iron Man blasts, Thor swings his hammer and Wolverine slashes, so switching characters keeps the action feeling fresh.

Over 20 heroes and villains from the X-Men, Fantastic Four, Avengers and beyond make up the roster, including Captain America, Spider-Man, Silver Surfer, Thing and Ms. Marvel. In Adventure mode a friend can jump in at any time as your partner, and if you're playing alone the AI takes over your sidekick. Battle mode then lets you take sides in team or free-for-all fights, even as the villains.

Features:

• Six adventure campaigns inspired by the animated series
• Over 20 playable Marvel heroes and villains with unique powers and combos
• Drop-in, drop-out two-player co-op in Adventure mode
• Battle mode for up to four players, in teams or free-for-all (multi-tap needed for three or four)
• Unlockable characters to collect
• Simple, kid-friendly controls and cartoon-style fun

A fun pick for young Marvel fans and families looking for accessible superhero action to share on the couch.
