'MDK 2: Armageddon is a great action title that is certainly worth twenty hours of your time. A great story, fast-paced adventure and a good deal of challenge make up for the fact that this game could (and did) look a lot better. Still, there is enough humour and fun here to warrant a purchase. 8.7/10' - IGN

This critically acclaimed series is taken to a new level with MDK 2 Armageddon on the PS2. Join Kurt in an all-new 3D world beautifully put together to take full advantage of Sony's machine.

MDK with enhanced graphics, new weapons and gadgets, new playable characters, deeper storyline, focuses on different types of gameplay (i.e. puzzle solving, shoot 'em up, sneaking around). You progress through the game as a team of three characters playing each one at a time: Kurt Hectic - janitor with a sleek coil suit (good for sniping and long distance fighting), The Doctor- a scientist, inventor, and Kurt's employer, and Max- the lovable six legged robotic dog built by the Doc. As the Doc you have to find different parts and put them together to make weapons to defeat your enemies, and as Max it's an all out gun battle.

The game is played from a third person over the shoulder point of view, and features tons of action and the unique humour and character that made the first game a hit.
