Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure - RARE PS2 Game

You are looking at Play Station 2 game Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure.

Sea Monsters: A Prehistoric Adventure dives into the Cretaceous seas, based on the National Geographic documentary of the same name, and lets you explore the underwater world of some of the biggest creatures ever to roam the oceans. If your kids love dinosaurs, or you enjoyed games like Ecco the Dolphin, this is a fun, family-friendly undersea adventure with a prehistoric twist.

You take control of six very different sea monsters, each one completely unique, and survive in a world where you’re both the hunter and the hunted. Some creatures suit certain waters better than others, so part of the fun is learning which one to use where. The six underwater zones open up as you make your way through the game, and each zone offers challenges, some of which play like little mini-games, such as hunting down a certain number of fish. Rewards come from completing these challenges, and the real treasure is hidden fossils scattered around the sea floor. Collecting them unlocks National Geographic media about the creatures, so you pick up some real facts as you play, and completing a full skeleton unlocks a brand new monster to try. It’s a great way to blend a love of dinosaurs with a bit of learning.

Features:

• Six unique prehistoric sea monsters to control
• Six underwater zones that unlock as you progress
• Challenges in every zone for each monster
• 60 hidden fossil pieces, including wildcard fossils that unlock any monster
• Unlockable National Geographic facts and media
• Split-screen multiplayer for 1 or 2 players

A fun, educational pick for young dinosaur fans and ocean explorers.
